sounds like a summer cold or virus. if u can buy zicam, in the spray bottle (its expensive) but it really works. also a decongestant will clear your head and make u less dizzy. some decongestants will make u sleepy or more awake. use benadryl at night, and pseudophedrine in the day.goodluck;)michele
well it could be from all the chlorine at the public pool, but then again, there is a "bug" going around that starts out just like you describe feeling. It lasts a few days too.
not so sure the sore throat is associated with the headaches and lightheadedness but have you been out in the heat a lot, have you been getting enough fluids (water) and if so then are you getting lightheaded when you stand and is that the only time or when you sit up from lying down? I am thinking 1 you are slightly dehydrated or may have a little sun poisoning or mild heat stroke. 2 you may have a problem with your blood pressure but that would be if you get lightheaded only when you stand from sitting or stand from lying down, also have you been eating because when its hot we tend not to eat as much and that could be it if you arent eating enough it will cause you to be a little dizzy and nauseated with a slight headache as well, good luck and take care
