Can I get permanent scarring from cutting myself very lightly with a normal BIC razor?
Question:
Answers:
It could possibly leave a small amount of scarring at the very most. Glad you stopped doing it.
no. just put neosporen on it
go cry emo kid
i recomend a razorblade! no but serously no it wont, permenent scaring only comes from cutting deep enuff.
no all it would do is scab up and go away unless you pick at the scabs then you might scar! nothing to worry about

All of my scars went away and i had hundreds of them, so yes. Just make sue they are straight and not to deep.
you might, probably most will clear up but a few might scar. ask a doctor. i think you can get something to put on it that might help
I am glad you learned that, but as to your question - they will eventually go away, but it may take more than a week. Sometimes it takes a month and a half for me to be totally healed of shaving accidents - I am just really bad at shaving (cursed idea of the beauty of smooth legs!)
wearing long sleeves, and planning sleepovers to get out of the house, but seriously you may want to tell her
It only takes once. Please contact a trusted counselor or priest. They should help you. Take care God Bless.
you can go to walgreens and get scar erasing products to ensure that you dont, and they can cost up to 25 dollars for a tube, i just use neosporin for minor cuts and scrapes because they are one of the cheapest namebrand products. hope this helps, cutting sounds scary and i hope you dont do it again. ♥
yess. you can get scarring for the cutting. take it from someone who has done this for almost a year.it may feel good at the time when you are cutting yourself but when you look at the scarring you will just feel stupid. and if you plan telling people stick with people who also cutt them selfs. i used glass and i didnt go that deep and i have scars.
i like my scars but ocasionally i wear sweat bands to hide em...theyll go away if their not to bad...ahahha i just saw a comercial 4 neosporin...try that.
First of all, I hope that you are sincere about never doing that again. I used to inflict this on myself as well, and let me tell you, it does nothing for you but leave you scarrs. And yes, you can scar yourself permanently, I still have scars on my legs and stomache from this. IT'S NOT HEALTHY! I'm not trying to offend you by saying this, but it sounds like you may need to see a therapist to learn some coping skills. I know that this helped me. Best of luck to you!
even light scratches can leave marks, but neosporin definitely helps them heal faster and become less noticeable, but i have no idea if they have it in the uk. if not look for a similar type product.
