Im thinking of taking this new Alli stuff?

Question:
I was wondering though, does it make you have diarrhea all the time or what? Whats the bad parts?

Answers:
Definitely wear a pantyliner the first few days. You need to reduce the amount of fat in your diet, or it won't work and you will end up with side effects. For me that is 15 grams of fat/meal and 1400 calories/ day, but I have lost 8 lbs in 5 weeks, so I consider it worth it.
I am trying it, and let me tell you! Do not take the stuff if you cant eat a low fat diet, because you will definatly have not only diarrehea, but gas with orange colored oily spotting. It is a great concept, if you are willing to commit to a low fat diet. If you treat yourslef every once in a while, just dont take the pill with that meal. Go to www.myalli.com an you can get alot of information. Browse the message boards to get real people's opinions!
If you get on a low fat diet and exercise and do all the reducing things you would do without the Alli diarrhea can be minimized. If you do those things to reduce you do not need the Alli.
