Who has done an ALCAT test before? Do i need to fast the night before?

is it going to cost more than SGD$200/- Anything I need to know before hand? like are they gonna do more than just take blood?

Answers:
I did one in early July, without fasting. They filled two vials at the clinic. 10 days later I got the results (one week ago). I have avoided my "trigger" foods and been rotating as recommended from the test. I feel great, have lost 3 lbs, have lots of energy. I did have detox symptoms, minor aches in joints, a mild headache, for three days, but still felt more energy from the first day. I am more regular, have no flem, sleep better. Can't wait to see what a few weeks will bring. I would welcome hearing how it works for you.
