how far is it in there and how big is it, if its relatively small go to a natural healthfood store or possibly a GNC general nutrition store and get what are called ear candles they really work, you light the wick, they are hollow inside and you put a plate at the base to keep wax from dripping on you, and the candle as it burns will pull out the wax and whatever else is in there, call around and see if you can find some, they have been used as a natural way to help people for years, they are easy to use and the store you buy them at can tell you more but you will need someone there to kind of help you do it, good luck and take care
Go to the emergency section of a public hospital and they should be able to help you, and it should not cost you anything.
