Is It Healthy?
Question:
is it healthy??
Answers:
not at all, if you constantly get your body into a habit of this, your sleep pattern/ overall physical health is going to just go downhill and it'll hit you emotionally, take baby steps, and slowly change your schedule, and if you HAVE to, get rid of your tv for awhile, or your PC, anything that'll help you not be glued to the tv or pc, and be more active, therefore, you'll naturally be tired at night, and hungry in the morning afterwards and so on and so forth. Just always remember, be KIND to yourself..don't treat your body like that, it deserves a lot better.
Chyea!
certainly not. You must priorities your things to do and make proper shcedule of sleeping working and enjoyment.
if that is your actual daily routine then no problem. don't you take supper though??
You don't mention eating dinner, and your outlined schedule shows 12 hours between "lunch" and going to bed. Other than that, there's nothing necessarily wrong with your schedule as far as health goes. You're getting a fair amount of sleep. If it's the right amount of sleep for you is something only your body can tell you. There are people who follow similar schedules as far as when you're sleeping goes because they work at night. For some people, such a schedule is fine and healthy. What determines that is whether your "internal clock" accepts sleeping during th day. I don't see work or school on your schedule. At some point, most of us have to get into a more traditional schedule to hold down a job and support ourselves. Bottom line is that for many people, it doesn't matter if we sleep at night or during the day as long as we get enough quality sleep and have a relatively stable schedule.
