Is it normal for a burn from the stove to swell up and turn blue?

Question:

Answers:
No ... the swelling isn't uncommon but the blue part that is very bad. If I were you I would see a doctor. The worst that you will be told is that it isn't that bad and to just let it heel on it's own, but you might need more than just good old fashioned heeling by now.
No! See a doctor now!
NO! This is very serious! It's ok for it to swell, but when it turns blue, it is very bad and needs medical attention. see your doc right away
I really don't think so. You need to allow a doctor to check it out.

Peace
