What can i do for back pain?

Question:

Answers:
Well, your question is vague and really requires further info. Where is the back is the pain?? Any recent injury or heavy lifting?? Have you had this before?? How long has this been going on? Have you tried applying ice to the area?? Place a small towel or pillowcase over the area and put the ice on top. You should do this 3-4 times a day. Take Ibuprofen ( as long as you are not allergic to it). Tylenol doesn' t have any anti-inflammatory properties but, it may help with the pain. Avoid strenuous exercises, heavy lifting, or other activities that will aggravate the back. If this has been going on for awhile, it's best to contact your Doc. I hope that this helps and Good Luck.
Unless it is a sciatic nerve issue, in which you should get a good massage or see a Chiropractor, many times when we don't move our bowels often enough we develop pressure on our nerves and that causes aches. Try a colon cleanse and dare I say an enema. You'll see that it helps almost immediately
