How to quickly change sleeping habits/ time when I go to sleep?

For me helps only some radical methods, e.g., one day just wake up earlier - it is very hard but i don't know another better way - you'll be tired for all the day but in the evening go sleep at this ideal time you want to reach and next day won't be so bad. Step by step (for me in about week or 5 days) it will become your routine and you easily will fall asleep in your chosen time. I think the key is in the constant regime - going sleep in one time and waking in another but the same in all days. I guess it's our biological clock that helps to used to it. Good luck!
ok, first of all, if you currently sleep during the day often, STOP.
second of all, stop doing whatevr keeeps you up. if its talking to your friend, going on the computer, just stop it!
third, make plans earlier so taht you wake up earlier so taht you need to sleep earlier so you're awake when you're out. If you have nothing to do the next day you'll feel free to sleep as late as you want because you'll feel liek it'll do you no harm to sleep late.
fourth, read a book or something while you're in ebd, it helps a lot, it makes ur eyes tired and it makes you fall asleep faster
and keep in mind that if you eat dinner late you'll sleep later, if it's loud you'll sleep later, and etc.
