How do I get this scar removed?

Question:
Hello,

I got in a bike accident when I traveled to Japan. I was on a mountain going down on a rented bicycle...and I was going down really fast having fun and the brakes didn't work when I needed to slow down. :( I crashed real bad. I got a long scrape on my leg. It wasnt bad at first...it didn't even bleed much. But I think it healed poorly because I should have gotten stiches to keep the skin together but I didn't and it puffed up real bad. So now it's puffy scar tissue. Can I get this fixed? Maybe a doctor can cut the puffy part out and stitch together to make it a clean thin line instead of a puffy one. I get embarrassed when I go swimming because everybody is looking at it thinking I cut myself on purpose.

And what kind of doctor do I seek for this?

Answers:
You can't voldemort gave you that scar through a curse, which is dark magic and will be unable to heal fully using any magical remedies.
I think the best place to start would be to talk to a dermatologist. He or she will be able to better advise you on what to do to lessen the appearance.
To a plastic surgery expert he/she will fix this as it was never there.
