What food or vitamin is good for the nerve?

Please do not ask me to take pain killer - I can't take asprin or ibuffreon (sp?) due to allergy. Tylenol is useless for me.
Exercise I do, but does not seem to help

Heat pad rotating with ice pack. Get someone to massage it out make sure you are completely comfortable when you sleep. Try not to sit too long in the same position without stretching regularly.
