Muscle pain in left upper chest. It just won't go away i have tried lots of inflammatories?

with no help. It is sharp and under my pacemaker. I am only 22 so i am not having a heart attack. My ekg also looked fine.

If anti-inflammatory drugs aren't working, then it's not an inflammation. Has any doctor checked for infection? Or for cancer? You basically need to go to a different doctor and get some real answers.
Why are you 22 and have a pacemaker? I'm not sure I understand that, but this sounds serious, so make a doctor listen to you and demand some real help--not just take these pills and see what happens. Your doctor may not be taking you seriously because of your age, but just because you are 22 doesn't mean something serious can't be happening.
