Take all the antibiotics, give it time to work. Start eating yogurt once a day.
when is the last time you pooped?are you ovulating? play it safe, drink lots of cranberry juice and water. eat a yogurt. these will both help. the yogurt will balance the natural bacteria levels in your uterus, and intestines. the cranbery will cleanse the urinary tract of excess bad bacteria. these both also help when taking antibiotcs to keep everything balance...
A doctor gave you antibiotics for a reason. You have probably have a urinary infection, possible not drinking enough water which is common in the summer months. Just do what the doctor recommended and stay away from alcohol while on the medication.
You are most probably over weight, or sitting down for long hours. Try doing some stretching exercise first thing in the morning and in between work. Also check on your diet. You may want to go down on the quick snack that's high in carbohydrates.
Hey!
Do you have bloating too??... It maybe IBS
IBS is really uncomfortable like you mentioned!
With IBS you have to work out what foods you can & cant eat, Complex Carbs & Dairy irritate my Stomach (I have IBS) I also used to get a flare up of cystitis which could explain your need to urinate.
Might be worth avoiding certain foods & keeping a diary..IBS is so common & most people don't even realise they have it,
Good Luck & Take Care
Could be lots of different things but first give your Doc the benefit of the doubt, take you antibiotics and if you are still in discomfort ask your GP to send you for a scan.
I had similar and it went on for a couple of years on and off, the GP telling me i had a urinary infection, which was a load of cobblers! they got fed up of seeing me for the same thing in the end and sent me for a scan and found i had an abcess on my ovaries and also got gallstones, needless to say i was operated on.
Not saying that you have the same so don't be alarmed but as i say if it does not clear after the medication demand that its looked in to further.
All the best!
