Is it true that if you put a certain kind of tape (hospital tape) on a bruise it will heal faster?

Question: I bruise easily and heard this from a physical therapist.

Answers:
No, it is not true.

Bruise is caused by broken blood vessels and blood leaking out. Tapes will do nothing to help your body absorb the blood clot there.

Putting heating pad will help more.
