Has anyone experienced mental issues with the medication chantix?

my brother took this for 7 days and is now having severe depression and other mental problems! if anyone has experienced this please help! how long did it last?

He should contact his healthcare provider. I work in a doctors office and the most common problem our patients complain of is nausea. However, chantix can be known to have changes in dreams and possibly behavior. He can stop taking it and see if he feels any different. But as i stated before first thing would be to talk to his doc.
