Question:
Every single day i want to fall asleep sometime in the afternoon. EVERY DAY. I get a full nights rest and am still falling asleep around 3 in the afternoon. I've had my thyroid checked, blood sugar and you name it. My research says that it's what I'm eating, but I believe differently because even when I take a multi vitamin and eat healthy, I still want to sleep in the afternoon. I'm only 27 years old, I can't even blame it on getting old. What do you guys think? I have a 4 year old, I work full time and I'm going to school to get my masters. So yea I have alot on my plate but I AM getting the rest that I need at night. Why do you think this is happening??
Answers:
Yes you do have a full plate, it could be stress or just the fact that you may think that you are getting the rest that you need but your body thinks otherwise
have you checked for parasites? They are very common and there are many different kinds.
Parasites can make you
bloated
gassy
tired
sluggish
achy
itchy etc etc etc etc!!
That's just the typical afternoon slump, plus all the rest of the stress you have in your life on top of it. Do what the rest of us do and consume large amounts of caffeine.
You might just have the same thing i do. There hasn't been much research on this, Fatigue Syndrome. It strikes about one in every thirty thousand people. Al tho every medical test report comes back perfect, you wonder why your tired all the time. It's not a mental problem ether, check this out, it just might be your problem.
