My eyelid won't stop twitching ?

Question: it happend once before, my eye twitched for a few hours.. now my eyelids been twitching all day long, does anyone know why this could be ? thanks.

I was once told shots of vitamin B-something can cure it (B-6 or B-12?), find some foods that have it if it won't stop by tomorrow. Try resting them, too.
