Chest and Back muscle pain, what's wrong with me?

Question:
Yesterday morning, after I woke up, I felt a sharp pain under my right bottom ribs, after a few moments it was gone. Throughout the whole day I had these same pains in different spots on my torso. Then, around 11:55pm everything became painful. From about an inch or two below my breasts to the end of my ribs it hurts when I move in anyway. I can't bend forward or my sides and abs hurt, I can't lean back or my sides and back hurt, and I can't lean to either side or everything hurts.
Last night, it felt like my spine itself was hurting, but after waking up this morning, its only the muscles that hurt.
I took some aspirin, but its really not helping me at all.
There are no bruises or marks that can be seen, I haven't done anything that I could hurt myself, and I've never had anything happen like this before.
I don't take any medications either.
Its difficult for me to breath as well now and I can only sit straight up. Most of the pain is in my sides and back.

Please consider the following possibilities:
1. Costochondritis. This is a painful inflammation of the cartilage around your ribs and breastbone. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/gerd/ds...
2. Pleuritis. This is caused by the lining of the lungs (pleura) becoming inflamed. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/pleuris...
3. Peritonitis. You don't mention fever or abdominal pain, but you may want to rule this out. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/periton...

There are many, many other possibilities. Since I don't know your age or whether you have any health problems, you may need need to see a physician for evaluation. You have been in pain almost 8 hours; pain is your body's way of telling you something's wrong.
