The pain is probably caused by the vaccines and may be sore for a couple of days. You can take tylenol or ibuprofen to help with the discomfort. You need to try to keep that arm relaxed, use the other one if possible. As for where they drew blood try an ice pack on for 10-15 mins then off for 10-15 mins. Good luck and I hope the pain goes away soon.
You can ice it for about 20 minutes and then take some tylenol.
No worries. The soreness won't last very long.
