Question:
I have been having back pain for about a month now. It is mainly on my left side, right next to my spine, on my lower back. When i move to the side, it feels really tight, and my hip is really tight too. It feels like i just want to crack it,. but i cant. It feels better when i lay or sit down, and worse when im up and moving. My back looks kinda hunched, and i can not sit up striaght (it has been like that ever since i remember) I dont know if that has a part in my pain. But im constantly lifting things, im a waitress, and im always on my feet. im 21 yrs old. I was just wondering what it could be...and if i should go to a normal doctor first before a chiropractor.
Answers:
I'm a chiropractor and it sounds like a chiropractic problem
~ if you don't have insurance find one that is running a special on free x-rays and exam or one that doesn't take x-rays at all. Very Very easy to find~ it shouldn't cost to much~ it may take a few visits since you have had it for about a month. But it will be well worth it, so contact your local chiropractor.
could be a herniated disc.i would go see a good bone specialist first as the area of the spine is nothing to mess with
I would see a chiropractor `1st, and not have all those tests and xrays and MRI till I saw if you have a dislocated disk that just need to be popped back in place. If that doesn't work after a few visits then visit the Dr.
