I'm eighteen and about three hours ago my finger tips started tingling, it gets worse if I type. As for background info, I'm not sure if any of this helps but I also have a thyroid problem, when I was younger I used to crack my wrists when they hurt, and I just started a new job. Any ideas what's happening cause its making me nervous.

Your finger tips tingle, eh? Well maybe you slept on them wrong!
This is caused by poor circulation...massage your finger tips until the blood begins to flow again. This happens to me on my hands and my feet.
