Pain on back of my knees, what does that mean?

Question:
I usually feel pain on the back of both of my legs. Usually when I feel the pain it's there for a couple of days and then it goes away but weeks later it comes back.

Answers:
What kind of shoes do you wear? Look at the heel of your shoes for uneven wear. If you wear the soles to one side you may think about a proper insert to level your foot. Also, gals who usually wear high heels can cause damage to the knee and leg, as the knee takes the stress of balance. Eventually with continued wearing of heels, the achilles tendon shortens and causes pain when they try to wear flats. Regardless of any info, you need to see a doctor, please. *Mom says so* Knee issues can escalate into back and neck problems. Best of luck and health to you.
I have the same problem, except it's in the front of my knee. What I do is I wrap my knee to put pressure all around. I know it sounds weird but it works. Or you can also get Mineral Ice, that takes it away too. Hope you feel better.
