If you lay your leg completely flat if you grasp the knee cap it moves from side to side. It doesn't do much more than that but if you find that fun then the best of luck to you.
i know its fun, and it feels so cool to shift them around, you want to show everybody what cool tricks your knee cap can do. but .STOPPPPP!!!while you are having fun, you are destroying your cartilge beneath your knee cap.you need that. if you like do cool but bizare things to your body , try flipping your eyelids inside out. thats what i do when i get bored. its creepy, but fun.
