I know a lot of people have desk/computer jobs like I do. I hate sitting at a computer all day, but love what I do. After a while, I get really restless, uncomfortable and can't concentrate. I can't really get up and walk around for long, but does anyone have any suggestions or techniques to use at your desk?

I do leg lifts under my desk. Raise leg, hold, repeat on other leg..twisting at the waist in your chair helps, too. Neck rolls and isometric exercises. And bending...just bend over in your chair and touch the floor.
