I sleep ok each night, but when i'm out i always want to just lie down where i drop and sleep.

I've got no energy, not suffering from depression.

It's driving me mad!

Answers:
Go and tell your GP all this, there could be a number of things causing this, some more serious than others.
Always best to get checked out than sit and wonder!
Anemia, perhaps.
go to the doctor and get some bloodwork done. There are a million reasons that cause fatigue.
It could be your diet. Are you getting enought fresh fruit and vegies?
You could be diabetic. That was the case for me. You should really get a check up. It could be some other medical condition.
Get a physical.
go see doctor, you may have chronic fatigue syndrome possibily..also lack of exercise can bring lack of energy...
For me, it was diabetes.
I know exactly how you feel. Even after a good night's sleep I want to drop down dead. I've found that coffee helps alot, and also foods that are high in energy. Make sure that you eat enough.
for me it's M E, CHRONIQUE FATIGUE SYNDROME and pernicious anemia, the main sign of M E is achy joints, never feeling refreshed after any sleep and being exerted by small efforts but i would get some blood tests done as there are so many reasons you could be feeling like this look up these conditions on the web and compare your symptons.
watching saints is bound to make you sleepy
For me its a condition called epsteins barr. It's just like chronic fatigue syndrome, but it is the same thing that you are having, accompanied by a slight sore throat, and an achy neck. I got it from having mono at one point. Go to you doc and check it out though. If u need a quick fix for now, go to the drugstore and buy a vitamin called B-12. My doc told me to take them so I can get some energy when Im having an epstein barr episode. They really help. But make sure you get it checked out. good luck
"Tired All The Time" (TATT Syndrome). The symptoms:
1. Tension
2. Musle Pain
3. Stress
4. Swollen glands
5. Exhaustion

What to do:
1. Check out your health at your local GP and a complementary practitioner. Low blood pressure, yeast allergies and vitamin deficiencies can cause all these chronic tiredness.
2. Re-examine your lifestyle - Build in calm pursuits (yoga, walking in the country) to help you relax and reduce stress. Ask yourself whether certain aspects of your life are unfulfilling rather than exhausting. These could be making you feel lethargic.
3. Challenge your values - Make sure you're doing only what you want to do. Accepting aims that have been inposed on you by others, or being a perfectionist about everything, will drain you of valuable energy.
I had a similar problem for almost 3 years... it was a vitamin defitiency... I started taking somthing called "animal pack" contains most of your daily vitamins amino acids everything for a healthy body I feel better then I did when I was 18 =D
Three good energy boosters that may perhaps help you are chlorophyll, barley grass and wheatgrass.
