Vein Pain In left arm?

Question:
My mom has frequent vein pains on her left arm near the wrist.
And just recently it the pain has moved to her upper left chest area. But this happens like 3-4 times.
The doctor has been no help, because he said that it is nothing serious.

Answers:
it could be a Sith or a lack of Vitamins C and zinc. IF it's the sith then it could become serious.
Golly, then listen to your doctor.
she could have a varicose vein there and it causes a lot of pain at times
Is she sure the pain is from a vein? I don't believe veins have any nerve endings, therefore cannot produce any pain. Could she be having nerve problems? Look under nerve problems on Web MD or another site. Hope it helps.
