Can I push back in my inguinal heria, or can only the DOC do the push in. At this moment it is quite small,,?

No you can't push it back in, what are you thinking? lol
You could really rip the muscle and and make things much worse. When mine was fairly new, I had just had back surgery so it was hard for me to get up, my hernia would push in and out and it caused it to mushroom, which means that my intestines where actually laying on top of my stomach wall, very dangerous. And like you I wasn't able to have the surgery for a few months so then I had to be extremely careful.
So don't cause yourself any more problems then you already have, try to leave it alone.
