Help..this may sound crazy but.?

your constipated it sucks but it shall pass and by that i mean literally...i would just wait it out i tried laxatives and all they make you do it go from hard **** to really runny **** and it sucks...however try prune juice it might be gross tasting but maybe it should help soften your stool...seriously good luck and kudos for posting such an off question.
You might try taking a mild laxative and drinking plenty of water.
its prolly cuz its hard, try to eat less cheese && dair type **** && more like veggies or you could take fiber pills...it helps alot && it is way healthy for you :)
Try taking stool softeners. They will make it easier
is it hard? i mean the poop. If it hurts because the poop is too hard, take dulcolax. or another kind of stool softener. it could also be that youre pushing it out too hard, and if thats the case, stop. a light squeeze should be good enough. try the laxatives, and if it still bugs, then talk to your doctor. Im sure this is an embarrassing topic, but doctors are there to fix these things, so dont be embarrassed to bring it up.

It sounds like you are not getting enough roughage to make the stool movable..your not getting enough water either...drink lots of water which makes the stool softer and helps the body rid of it...eat alot more fruits and veggies, less junk food and more grains..less dairy foods and more fibers..pyhsillm seed helps to make the stool soft..naturally, you can put aloe vera on the anus to help it heal and sooth it...a simple change in diet can fix this..and lots of water...if it continues after that..see a doctor it may be a abstruction in your bowels...hope it helps
