Sore in my low back...what are some good stretches to make it feel better?

Bend over and try to touch your toes, (realllllllly stretch it too, as far as you can.)
sit down, put one leg to the side, and try to reach as far as you can.
If your lower back is sore it is not wise to be stretching it as you might tear a muscle and make your condition more worst.
In my opinion, the Chiropractor. My back has been killing me. I suffer with chronic pain. So I went to see him the other day, 1st time in 9 months, I feel super now. Try it.
Williams flexion exercises are a good one. Lie down on the floor, bend your legs to a comfortable position, put your hand under the small of your back, rotate your pelvis until your back touches your hand. Hold for 10 seconds and release. Do this 5 times, for your first time. Next time, (maybe twice a day) see if you can touch the floor with the small of your back. Slowly work up to 10 times at 10 seconds a time. It also helps flatten your stomach.
sit on the ground or in a chair and turn slightly to left and then again to the right until you feel a slight pull...another one is to lay on the ground and lift your right and left leg in the air again till you feel a slight pull.lay on the ground twist your waist left for 5 sec then right for 5 sec again till you feel a slight pull...you can also try someone pushing on legs so they go high enough until once again you feel a slight pull...well i hope this helps good luck...if the stretching doesn't work try a hot bath that might help relax the muscles...
Get on your back and have someone stretch your hamstrings-- keeping your legs straight, hold as long as you can.
