I normally wake up late but on the occassions where i wake up early i feel fantastic.. dawn is that time when most people arent awake so you have the whole world to yourself almost... taking a walk at this time is great! starting your day off like that feels great!
I get up around 4 or 5 on weekdays, and 7 on weekends.
I feel better when I wake up early as long as I went to bed early the night before too. When I sleep in and get too much sleep, I feel sluggish all day.
Also, I feel like I get more done when I get up early. I like to do my workout first thing... and I feel good about myself when I have completed my workout before most people have even gotten out of bed.
last summer i loved sleeping in till noon...this summer i have a job...and have to wake up at 7am every weekday..my body has adjusted to it, so now i wake up at 7am on sat and sunday mornings....and i LOVE it! its just nice to have a full day, i feel like i get more accomplished now. the latest i sleep in is 830, if that!
so, being an early riser is definitely better!
It really depends on the person...I wake up whenever...but if i want to get up and jog, or make breakfast for my family, i have no problem doing that once in a while. To feel more engergized, try to get up, stretch for about 4 mins, get some coffee or tea...then do something you like to do...maybe a jog, going out with friends, or going to walk your dog.
I like getting up at dawn and greet the day. If I sleep in I feel like my day is wasted.
well when you get up early its more refreshing and energetic but when u wake up eraly take yur breakfast early too

I get up at 4:30 every morning mon-friday getting about only 4-5 hrs asleep every night. Sat I wake up at 7 If I'm not working. Sundays whenever if I'm not working. No waking up early sucks not enough sleep. When I wake up later I feel better much more sleep for me..
