Anyway--How do you fall asleep?

put something noisy in your room. a fan AC something that makes noise. Also get your room pitch black. This helpos so when your eyes are open and you cant fall asleep you dont have anything to visually concentrate on. The noise and nothing to look at should help you fall asleep. It did for me.
maybe moving your bed...listen to soft music always helps me.
and relax, try not to think so much.
i have a friend who has insomnia and she takes pills, but i don't think that's the greatest choice.
so yeahh..relax..don't think so much..try hard not to.

Read the Holy Bible. I dunno why, but not only does it calm my paranoia (from too much silence with little tiny blips of noise), but it also gets sooooooo boring. (Sorry God, but it does). Or if it's a good parable, I will ponder and think how it relates to my life or someone in it.
Try some Valerian root capsules. You can get them is the vitamin aisle or at a health food store. Do NOT get the tea though, it is totally disgusting.

don't trying to force yourself to sleep as long as you relax you can lie awake and get a perfectly good night sleep.
