Question:
I have had this problem for a couple of years now. When I drink heavily, I will go to smoke a cigarette (after having smoked them all night though without this happening)...but something triggers something and my fingers will stiffen and my face will go paralized and my hand will shake. sometimes I won't be able to talk, but I think that is just due to my face being somewhat numb and that includes my mouth. But it's kind of annoying and I can't find any websites that link drinking/smoking with this behavior and so I don't really know what happens and was wondering if anything similar has happened to anybody else or if anyone knew anything. Sometimes on rare occasions these symptoms have happenened without even smoking, but simply after drinking and being a little bit drunk. Anything any one knows would be helpful. Thanks.
Answers:
Its not UNLIKELY to have a seizure while drinking or smoking if you are prone to seizures. Are you prone to seizures?
You should get to the doctor, could be signs of a stroke, especially with the numbness and the paralysed face and the difficult speech. Cause from smoking, please get it checked out. All the best.
