What is this black spot on my toe?

Question: I bumped my toe while I was going up the stairs a while ago, and at first it was darkish red like it was bleeding but then it turned into this black spot and its like a lump or a bump (note: it didnt bleed) what is it? and how do I get rid of it? and its painful right now

when u touch that black spot when u feel pain otherwise not.
just do nothing it may naturally remove after 1 or 2 week and pain also finished naturally.
