Hand is shaking?

Question: my hand always shakes when im on the computer

its only my left hand on the mouse

it shakes pretty bad

im 14 years old so im not old

It could just be a muscle spasm or the fact that your arm/ hand is tired.
I've had it happen a lot.
I had a car accident and have nerve damage but, I doubt it is anything serious. Try strengthening it by doing some simple exercises and it should help.
