I've had a heat stroke.are there any known help tips for rebuilding whatever damage has occured?

try to stay away from the sun during 11:00a.m.-4:00p.m. that's when the sun is at its hottest also drink lots of water with ice it helps your body temperture still in check wear sunblock,a hat, and sunglasses and don't wear heavy clothing also treat your-self to a refreshing ice cream if you worry about your weight have a low fat one instead! hope that helped
You haven't had a heat stroke. You'd be dead without emergency help. You've just been dehydrated. Drink some water!
You haven't had a heat stroke, but it sounds like you have heat exhaustion. Obviously, the best thing to do is keep out of the heat. If you must be in it, the next best thing is to stay well hydrated. Gatorade or another drink containing electrolytes is the best thing to drink- NO sodas or alcoholic drinks! These just suck the electrolytes out of your system. Hope this helps!
