Ouch!!!!!!!...

Question:
how can i help my menstrual cramps?

Answers:
Try not to think about them. Exercise. Also, put something warm on your stomach. I think that's what people do.
I tell you I get real bad ones. Walking helps the flow therefore the cramps are not as severe. Decaf tea and Advil Gel Caps, I take 2 before I go to bed and I get up much better in the morning.
MP
Heating pad and ibprofen.
midol, motrin, pamprin, ibueprofin, anything like that...
take a heating pad and put it on your stomach and lay down,
take a hot bath
stay away from caffein and sugar, they can make them worse...
Once I had my first child, I never had any menstrual cramps again. Meanwhile, exercise!
Midol, Pamprin, or 800 mg of ibuprophen. A heating pad will help with the pain. BUT, the anti-inflammatory is really the best with the pain issue. Take care & good luck!
