I am having a throbbing pain in the tip of one of my fingers whenever anything cold hits it,?

Question: Does not stop me from doing work or anything, only last as long as the cold hits it. otherwise,seems fine, any ideas, I am puzzled?

This sounds like a nerve that is sensitive. The next time you visit your medical doctor bring up this problem. They will probably recommend you see a neurologist.
