Bump on my head?

Question: i have a small bump on my head. it hurts to touch but its not hard or anything. what is it?

It sounds like a sebaceous cyst.

I had one on the top of my head as a teen. I'm now 56.

I had it removed surgically, it doesn't hurt that much. The only drawback was that I was unable to wash my hair for awhile.
