Question:
From time to time, it feels like I can't get take a full breath, or something's blocking part of my airway. It goes away, in about 5-10 minutes. It usually starts up when I'm somewhere dusty (like when I clean my room, like I did just now), or if I'm moving around a lot/exercising. Is there any way to help relieve some of the smother-y feeling?
Answers:
Yeah - I think you have asthma. I'm no doctor, but I have asthma and what you are describing sounds a lot like my symptoms.
PS: If you do have asthma, stay away from loads caffeine. It can cause shortness of breath and temporarily worsen your condition.
Well I have the number one answer: Asthma! You should consult a doctor immeadiatly. Then they will take tests to see if you realy have it! After that, if results become positive, you will recieve meds!
