Every time I try to put contacts in im too afraid or blink them away. How can i make them easily go in my eye?

Question:
have been wearing glasses for about 6 years. I have never really tryed contacts until recently. I went to my eye doctor and i tried putting contacts in. it took me quite a while. my eye doctor only does 1 and 1/2 hr sessions, so he told me to come back a few days later. i am REALLY scared because i want to get them in this time, and be able to take them out. I am just getting too frustrated. Oh and i am not a candidate for lasik eye surgery. I just want to be able to go a day without wearing my stupid glasses and look good and natural. please help me with advice and answers.
thanks!!

Answers:
Look to the side when you put them in, so that the contact hits the white part of the eye. After you press all the air out, you can move it over to where its supposed to be.
the first time i tried contacts it took me a while to get them in too. when putting them in i usually use my fingers to open up my eyes ,look up, move it around a bit, and blink. Use lots of solution. My eyes used to tear up a lot and it's hard to relax my eyes but after a while I manage. I think there is no easy way but to just practice. without practice you won't want to put them in and they'll sit in your bathroom drawer and you'll go back to your glasses.
