Can cna's work in a hospital straight after getting their certificate?

Question:

Answers:
It's definitely possible. I was hired at a hospital a month after I graduated. It is difficult though because hospitals would rather you have some experience under your belt.

It helps that you are continuing your education and not staying at the CNA level. They like to see that you are motivated. Also prepare for your interview. I tried to be confident walking into my interview and my manager ended up telling me she liked my personality and hired me that day.

Good luck with the job hunt... I know how frustrating it can be!
Sure if they can find a hospital that's hiring.
It depends. Some hospitals like CNA's to have at least one or two years of experience. Now if you done well on the State Boards, you might have a better chance at it. Good luck!
