Stomach Pains After I Eat...Help?

Question:
After I eat anything I have extreme stomach pains. It's always been like that with me...but not after every meal as it is now. I'll say this has been happening almost a year now. I think it might be IBS and I'm concidering getting it checked out. What do you think?

Answers:
could be IBS, ulcer, bad reflux. getting it checked is a very good idea. i've had troubles with my stomach for many years, but it got bad since new years. after medication didn't help enough, i went for testing. i have a hiatal hernia, which is basically part of the stomach pushing into the chest cavity. my meds were increased hoping it helps. i only had the test 5 days ago, so i'm not sure yet. but, you should get it checked, you shouldn't be hurting like that after you eat.
Get your gallbladder checked. I had that same thing and my gallbladder was full of stones. Could possibly be an ulcer, but if it is only after meals and doesn't last a long time, probably gallbladder.
u should definitly go to a doctor.. why have u been waiting for so long? dont wait any longer... take action now! or it might get worse.. you might have the stomach flu

hope u get better and it stops
yup better go to DOC
Definitely get it checked out. Or even try to eat dannon activia yogurt. I had/have the same problem and my stomach gets very bloated. But make sure you are not lactose intolerant because that could be the reason for your pains now and they could increase as you eat the yogurt. The yogurt helped me for the most part but i am considering taking a pill before i eat the yogurt because of the lactose intolerant issue
Gallbladder. Same thing happened to me. See a doctor to have an ultrasound done.
