Should I get Stitches?

It's a few months too late for stitches. Don't waste you time or the hospitals time by going to an ER. If it doesn't hurt, there is no drainage or swelling along with reddness, it is probably healing slow but you can't see the new growth of skin. Just in case I'd be putting on neosporin and bandaids. Watch the signs I mentioned above (signs of infection) and give it some time. The only caveat to this is if your a diabetic or immune supressed (you'd know what it was if you were). Go to a doctor if any of those.
its way too late for stitches, but you should see a doctor. If not it will make a BIG scar when it does eventually does close.
Most small cuts and wounds will heal on their own. Just keep it clean, covered, and use antibiotic ointment to help it keep from getting infected. Larger cuts may take longer to heal, your body has to make new skin, and repair the damage done. If you are still concerned about it, I would go and see a nurse or a Dr. They will be able to tell you if you need stitches or not based on examining the cut.
Hope this helps! :-)
Yes try to get stitches the scar will be smaller.Remember it is going to leave a scar the smaller the scar the better especially on your face.
Oh dear! Go and get this sorted sounds like you should have had it stitched as soon as it happened and not left it so long there is a risk of infection.

You really should go see your family doctor. If it isn't still bleeding you may not need stitches, but you might need some antibiotics to fight infection. The doctor will be able to tell you better what is the matter with your cut. Feel better!
Go to the ER NOW!
