How do I remove ear wax form my ear drum? Any home treatments or drops available in Canada?

Mineral oil will soften earwax and make it easier to remove. Some people (perhaps you included) have difficulty with this. Place just a small quantity of mineral oil into the ear and let sit several minutes. Maybe ten or more if you feel it's needed. Then removed try to removed with warm water, maybe in the shower. If that fails you can use a cotton ball or a cotton swab...but I can't recommend that as we are not technically supposed to stick any objects into our ears. :)

All the best!
Q-Tips? o_o
Hi! This work great for me. You mix equal part of peroxide, mineral oil and white distilled vinegar. Poor it into your ear for a minute or so and then let it drain out. Hope it helps.
actually i use a lage paperclip. works well and no damage to anything...take out lots of wax over the years..
my wife uses proxside painless and works
Take a water pic. Put warm (not hot) water in it and put it on the lowest setting only. Pulse it gently in your ear while your head is turned sideways (you will probably need someone to help you) and the wax will come out.
Never put the pulse up higher than the lowest level.
use a Q-tip (duh)
You can tilt your head to the side and try pouring alcohol in it. Or if you have a lot even try plugging you nose with your fingers and blow your nose while holding it until your ears pop, then do the alcohol thing. Or try cotton swabs or all 3.your choice.call around some drug stores and see what they got.
This is sorta weird, but if you tip your head when you are in the shower and spray water up your ear, wax will come out. Make sure your head is tipped so that the water can run out though, else water will get stuck in you ears and you will get an infection. My dad actually went to the doctor for this problem, that's how I know. Good luck!
Most drug stores will have ear wax removal kits, generally near the eye-drops. Please stay away from Q-tips.
This might sound really weird, but I promise, it works.

Try ear candles. They are like real candle (the long skinny kind) but they are hollow inside. You lie down on your side, put the candle to the ear that is facing up, have someone light the wick for you and relax for it to burn down a little and do its work. As the flame burns, it used up some of the oxygen in the candle, increasing the pressure and pulling the wax out. It doesn't hurt, and when you're done you can see the wax in the candle!

You can buy the candles at a natural food store, or a vitamin and supplement shop. The practice is also getting more popular so some spas are offering the service too.
DO NOT use an ear candle. They can burn your eardrum and give you permanent damage, and they don't work. Just pour some warm water into your ear, let it sit there for a minute, and use one of those bulb things that people use on babies' noses to get it out. Do this several times.
I'm not from Canada but I am concerned about your problem. In our place you can go to the barbershop or parlor where earwax removing is one of their services. But normally, earwax will just come out of the ears through constant chewing. Chew a chewing gum everyday so that by the movements of the jaws, there is a motion in your ears that little by litle the earwax is coming out of the ears.
You may want to try sweet almond oil available at health food stores. Drop a few drops in and let sit in the ear then use an ear bulb to irrigate with warm water to rinse the oil from the ear. I am in the U.S but I would think that you could find sweet almond oil in Canada. Good Luck. If all else fails, see a Dr.
Like Bella said, ear candling is a pain-free way to do this. I have never heard of it burning your ear drum considering the wick is not what is in your ear, but hey, what do I know?

The brand of ear candle I used was called Earomatherapy, but I am not sure if that is available in Canda;I am in the US.

If all else fails, see a doctor, they can usually flush out the wax from your ears.

Unless your ear wax is stubborn like mine, and just flat out refuses to come out. ;)
Olive oil will soften the wax in your ears and make it easier to remove.
Buy ear candles and follow the instructions.
