Can I buy a narcotic pain reliever without prescription while in Canada? and am I allowed to bring it back ?
Question:
Answers:
Canada has very strict laws about the possession of narcotics, just as the U.S. does. You MAY be able to get a prescription for a narcotic pain killer while you are up here visiting, but I suggest that you also get a note from the doctor explaining why they were prescribed, so that you avoid hassles when re-entering your own country. And for God's sake, don't try to hide their presence. If you do, they will be confiscated and destroyed.
No, you can't legally buy narcotics without a prescription. If it's by prescription, then you can take it out of the country.
By merely asking that question on-line, you set yourself and your family up for a major hassle when you try to re-enter the USA. Yes, law enforcement can decipher who you are from data that accompanies your posting to this site. Bottom line: you're screwed.
You're thinking of Mexico! lol...and you still can't bring it back to this country legally. Sorry to disappoint. our country's kinda strict about it, they want to keep all the profit for themselves!
