A hot bath with 2c. of Epsom salts is very good for relaxing the muscles in the back. Advil liquid capsules work very quickly for pain relief. Take them four times daily.
swimming will exercise your back without causing stress on the joints. Doing this every day can help prevent back pain. I've enclosed a link for back stretches that will help.
A chiropractor would be able to diagnose what is causing your problem and treat it. If you explain you cannot afford regular visits they will probably teach you what you can do for yourself so that you don't have to rely on their therapy.
lower back pain is insane! do u have a strong mattress? i get lower pains often, i try chiropractors that helps but can get $$ive, i reach/stretch my arms high againest a wall, that will make u more flexible, just try to concentrate on what u lift and how u stoop! swim if u can is good, walking good too! try not to take too many medis! and are u also getting pain down a leg? if so it might be siatica nerve pressing againest your disc! goodluck and get well soon
