How do i now if there's somthing wrong? and it is'nt just normal?


Question:
ok every time i fall i need to use my knee brace the next day...or even if i work out to much! sometimez i trip because of my shoe lace and i need it! i'm a hurderler and when i jump'em i need it and it's hard to go faster wit that thing on your knee! any help hear!

Definitely see your doctor about it. He can give you exercises to do to strengthen your knee so you might be able to use the brace less. He may suggest physical therapy, but I can say, it really does help. Good luck!
If I were you i would go to the doctors and tell them everything you just said and see what they have to say about your knee because you may have hurt it in the past and kept working it and it may be reinjured (sp?) or healed wrong.
Speak with a professional! There could be fluid behind your kneecap, you could have a type of arthritis - or tendonitis ( sweeling of tendons in the joint). It CAN and DOES get worse. If you aren't wanting to rush off to the Dr. office, try an anti inflamatory when it begins to hurt or when you expect it to. GOOD LUCK. Ibuprofen.
