Um, if it hurts this much, then take some Advil and go to the doctor.
Consult a doctor
Take tablets that are for sore throats or just see the doctor if you want
go to the doctor SOON... mine felt like that to start and turned out i had strep throat :( better to get it checked an catch it early then go through the whole week or two of pain.
Swelling in your throat probably blocked the tube that runs from you ear to your throat causing the ear pain. As far as down your arm...not really sure but sqwelling that bad in the troat could be a condition like Ludwigs Angina which could be serious as well as a peritonsilar abcess. Or it could be as simple as a virus or strep. I'd go to MD, especially if your running a fever over 100-101 degrees.
okay, i know this would be kinda awkward to say, but it seriously DOES work. drink water mixed with some kalamansi juice. if you don't wanna try that.

try eating some orange or pear with salt.

trust me, it's better than drinking liquid medecine. HAHAH.
GO 2 ER FAST YOU MAY HAVE A STROKE IF YOU DON'T GO''
