Answers:
I have back problems as well as I have had hemorrhoids. In my case they are not related.
Some of the responses were very inappropriate and prejudged why you have these problems. Your doctor should help determine why you are having these problems and guide solutions to avoid repetitions. In my case both were genetics and were not excess weight or other that I could do anything about.
Hemorrhoid treatment in most cases is simple and while it is difficult to maintain your dignity it is over quickly without pain. Mine were laser-ed and in 10 min its over.
Temp relief with back pain can be had with Advil(or generic), aspirin, or naproxim sodium. Couple this with heat and you can get buy for a short time. There are some very good heating pads available that last 8hr and do not tie you to a cord. Ask your pharmacist for help with this.
Leg pain is frequently associated with lower back pain. Try laying flat as much as possible until you can get to doctor. Consider seeing an osteopath if one is nearby. I have used one for years. Their training includes what Md's have plus they are trained in manipulation. They also can diagnose small skeletal system issues. In my case my left leg is 5mm shorter than my right. He prescribed a wedge to compensate and I am much better for last 3 years.
I dont think that hemroids have anything to do with the pain in your back anf legs.. Try taking tylenol or midol for the pain and consult with the doctor when you go to see him regarding the hemroids...
It sounds like you might have the same thing I have. I forget the medical name for it. But I frequently get a growth on the top of one side of my anal cleavage. It ends up hurting there and radiating up my lower back. I use Lotrisone cream when this happens. It's a prescription. You should have your doctor take a look between there to see if he/she notices anything there and ask about Lotrisone cream. If you do use it, don't use it too often since it has a strong hydrocortisone ingredient in it and can eat away at your skin if you use it too often. Good luck.
If you are not bleeding the pain is normal, try to eat 2 table spoon pure butter with a little whole wheat bread in 4-8 hours you should be OK.
