my b/f got stung by a bee yesterday on the foot, today his foot is super swollen it just looks like a huge lump you can barley see his toes! he says it feels numb and tingles and somtimes itches...should he got to emercancy room or are there home remidies we can use to help the swelling go down, should i take this seriously or just have him ice it.

ANTIHISTAMINES,(BENADRYL) BAKING SODA AND WATER.. MAKE A PASTE AND PUT ON THE AREA, KEEP OFF THE FOOT
He's Incredibly allergic to bee stings, quite obviously. You need to get him medical attention straight away. If he continues swelling he could rip the skin. For now keep it iced and give him allergy medication.
